Gracious Gardens EB-5
Privacy notice
What we ask for, why we ask, and who sees your answers. Effective 20 October 2026.
This notice covers the inquiry form reached from our Facebook and Instagram advertising, emails you send us from this site, and the booking page on this site. It is not an offer to sell securities.
What we collect
The form asks for a small, fixed set of information. Nothing is gathered in the background, and there is no tracking pixel on this site.
- Your name, email address and phone number, pre-filled by Meta from your profile and editable by you before you submit
- Whether, to the best of your knowledge, you are an accredited investor
- The timeframe in which you could file an I-526E petition, if any
- Your current immigration status in the United States
- Your country of birth
- Whether you are already working with an immigration attorney
Meta asks you to confirm your phone number with a one-time passcode. That verification happens inside Meta's systems; we receive only the confirmed number.
If you email us from this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. The email template on this site asks for the same information as the form above, and every answer is optional.
Why we ask for each of these
Eligibility for the EB-5 program turns on facts about you, so the questions are not idle. Accreditation determines whether we may speak with you about the offering at all. Filing timeframe determines which investment minimum applies to you. Immigration status and country of birth determine which visa queue you would enter and how long it is likely to take. Attorney status tells us whether you already have counsel or would like an introduction.
We use your contact details to reply, to arrange a call, and to send you material you ask for. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees your answers
- The Gracious Gardens EB-5 team at Finishes Solutions, who will contact you
- Our affiliated accounting firm, if and when you proceed far enough to require accredited-investor verification. That step happens later, with your knowledge, and never from the form alone
- Our legal counsel and the EB-5 regional center associated with the project, where a question about your inquiry requires it
- PNS Capital (pns-capital.us), which receives emails sent from this site at Het@pns-capital.com
- Meta, which operates the inquiry form and holds your submission until we retrieve it, and Microsoft, which operates our booking page
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Meta holds submitted leads for 90 days, after which they are deleted from its systems. We export submissions before that window closes and retain them for as long as we are in contact with you, and afterwards for the period our record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the address below and we will act on it. Asking us to delete your record does not affect anything you have separately signed or submitted elsewhere.
Residents of some states and countries have additional statutory rights. If you tell us where you live, we will apply whichever rules give you more protection.
